ASICS has always been guided by its founding philosophy, “Sound Mind, Sound Body” - the belief that true performance begins with the balance between mental and physical wellbeing.

“Kizashi”, a Japanese word meaning "a sign of good things to come," became the inspiration behind this short film series, bringing these two ideas together through the stories of three ASICS-sponsored athletes: Harriet Dart, Arthur Fery, and Ollie Tarvet.

Each film explores the mindset behind their success, revealing how resilience, discipline, and the connection between mind and body have shaped their journey, both on and off the court.
